At The Cards Corner, we create card games to bring people closer. We want you to love your deck. But if something’s not right, here’s exactly how we handle returns and refunds — no hidden clauses, no runaround.

OUR POLICY: 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery. No exceptions. This keeps our operations lean and our prices fair for everyone.
 
To qualify for a refund:
 
  • Product must be unused and undamaged
  • All cards present and in original condition
  • Original packaging included
  • Return authorized before shipping back

We do not accept returns for:
 
  • Used, marked, or played cards
  • Damaged packaging from opening
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1: Email info@thecardscorner.store with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos showing unused condition

Step 2: We respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (required)
  • Return shipping address in Portugal
  • Instructions for packaging

Step 3: Ship within 3 days of authorization. We refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION = NO RETURN 

EXCHANGES

Swap your deck within 7 days:
  • Unused condition required
  • We ship new deck when return tracking shows movement
  • Price differences refunded or charged

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your deck arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of packaging and damage before opening fully
  2. Email within 48 hours with photos
  3. Keep all packaging for carrier inspection

We ship replacement same day and handle the insurance claim.

NOTE: Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
